This privacy policy explains how UPworth Business Support Services ("UPworth", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use https://upworthbss.com. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

3. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

  • Inquiry data, name, business name, email, phone, service of interest, message you send via our contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
  • Newsletter data (if you subscribe), email only. Legal basis: consent.
  • Technical data, IP address, user agent, pages visited. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security and operations.
  • Analytics data (only after Analytics consent). anonymized usage statistics via Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: consent.

What we do not collect via this site: TINs, salary figures, account numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information. If we need that information for an engagement, we collect it through secure channels after we connect.

4. Calculators

All calculators run entirely in your browser. Inputs and computed results are never transmitted to our servers, never logged, and never shared with analytics or marketing tools.

  • Contact form submissions: stored in our email system for 24 months.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: 14-month retention in Google Analytics.

This site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We commit to notifying the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting sensitive information, and notifying affected individuals as required by RA 10173.
