Do you serve clients outside Cavite?

How are your fees structured?

Most engagements are fixed monthly retainers based on transaction volume, number of employees, and BIR registration type. Statutory audits are quoted per engagement. You'll get a written proposal after our first call, no surprises.

Can you take over my books mid-year?

Yes. We start with a clean-up phase to bring your books current and surface any prior-year issues, then transition to monthly steady-state. Cleanup work is quoted separately so you know what you're paying for.

What software do you support?

We work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, manual books, and most POS / e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify). If you're not using anything yet, we'll recommend a fit and set it up.

Can you help with BIR audits?

Yes. If you receive a Letter of Authority (LOA), we represent you before the examiner, organize the document request list, and negotiate findings. Our goal is zero or minimal deficiency.

How do I register a new business?

We handle DTI / SEC, BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303), Mayor's Permit, Barangay Clearance, Sanitary Permit, and SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG employer registration. Typical end-to-end timeline is 4–8 weeks depending on LGU.

What's the difference between a bookkeeper and a CPA?
